How to Use the FamBam App

STEP 1
Download the App!

Please download the FamBam App from the App Store or Google Play.
※ Before installing, please check the recommended system requirements listed in the FAQ.

STEP 2
Register and Verify Your Email
 
After agreeing to the Terms of Use, enter your email and password, then complete email verification.

Click here to register as a new member.

STEP3
Join FamBam!

You can apply for paid membership from the banner at the bottom of the App’s home screen.

FAQ

  • Not receiving emails from the Management Office.

    (1) Incorrect Email Address
    Please double-check that the email address you entered is correct.

    (2) Email Reception Settings
    The email may have been automatically sorted into your "Spam" or "Junk" folder due to your settings. Please check your spam folder or filtering settings, and add "@fambam.life" to your safe senders list (whitelist). Once you have updated your settings, please click "Resend Verification Email" on this page.

    (3) Email Inbox is Full
    If your inbox has reached its storage limit, you will not be able to receive new emails. Please delete unnecessary emails to free up space, and then click "Resend Verification Email" on this page.

  • What should I do if I can't log into the FamBam App?

    If you are unable to log in, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

    (1) Incorrect Login ID
    Your Login ID is the [email address used during registration]. If you have multiple email addresses, please try logging in with another address you might have used.

    (2) Incorrect Email Address or Password
    Please check if your input contains any of the following common errors:

    ・Incorrect capitalization: Please ensure the email and password you entered exactly match your original settings.

    ・Use of full-width characters: (e.g., Full-width: １２３ / ａｂｃ, Half-width: 123 / abc) → Please make sure to use standard half-width alphanumeric characters to log in.

    ・Extra spaces: Please remove any unnecessary spaces at the beginning, end, or within your input.

    (3) Email Verification Not Completed

    If you have not completed the email verification, you will not be able to log in. Please check your inbox, complete the verification process, and then try logging in again.

    ・Note: The verification email is sent from "account@fambam.life".

    ・Note: Please also check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder.
